Learning is the Key!

Learning as much as possible about Porphyria is a key element, not only for the person with Porphyria; but, for their friends and family as well.  How many times have we heard "well, you don't look sick" or "it must all be in your head".  We need to educate our friends, family and co-workers about Porphyria and why it is such a devastating disease.  We must learn as much as possible ourselves, so that we can teach others about the disease.
